Winter Holiday Camps at TFTC are magical, fun-packed days your camper will never forget!
Each day is filled with open gym, instructed gymnastics and ninja time, holiday-themed games, seasonal crafts, and festive free play that keep campers smiling and saying “Best Day Ever!” all week long.

Throughout the camp, athletes will have opportunities to learn new skills or continue progressing current skills, while also enjoying winter-inspired obstacle courses, snowflake and ornament crafts, holiday relay races, and other themed stations designed to celebrate the season.

With over 7,000 square feet of high-energy space, we're the ultimate place for kids to flip, climb, jump, and thrive. Twin Falls Training Center offers recreational and competitive gymnastics as well as Ninja, birthday parties, toddler classes and open gyms. TFTC employs best practices to deliver our students the highest quality training whether they are beginners or competitive gymnasts. Our coaches are trained and fully certified through USA Gymnastics.

Our competitive program is designed for the most advanced gymnasts who are dedicated to pursuing a competitive career. We offer team training in both the Xcel and Developmental Program, providing a comprehensive path for athletes looking to excel.

Our team members train together for several hours each week in a supportive, encouraging environment. In just three short years, our gym has earned two state championships and has been nominated for Excel Gym of the Year, showcasing the incredible talent and dedication of our athletes.

In addition to rigorous training, we prioritize team building and fun. Our gymnasts bond through activities like sleepovers, team dinners, dance parties, and fundraisers throughout the year, creating lasting friendships and a strong sense of community.
