Twin Falls Training Center is a newly established gymnastics facility located in Bellows Falls, VT. Twin Falls Training Center is owned and operated by partners, Kari Gypson and Cassandra Pedigo. Our mission is to build strong, healthy athletes who learn the value of physical and mental strength in a supportive community based environment. We aim to focus on skill progression while keeping balance with positivity and encouragement.
Twin Falls Training Center offers recreational and competitive gymnastics as well as Ninja, birthday parties, toddler classes and open gyms. TFTC employs best practices to deliver our students the highest quality training whether they are beginners or competitive gymnasts. Our coaches are trained and fully certified through USA Gymnastics.
Gymnastics provides physical benefits such as strength, coordination, and endurance, but it also provides mental training through the development of self-discipline and a strong sense of self trust. While we are training our athletes to be the best gymnasts they can, we also know we are teaching them valuable life skills to guide them outside of the gym, too.

Our Staff
Co-Owner & Head Coach
Cassandra Pedigo
Cassandra grew up in the community and spent ten years training in both recreational and competitive gymnastics. She spent those ten years as an active athlete of Le Studio Gymnastics. She continued her involvement with the sport as an assistant coach as a teenager.
Gymnastics has always been a part of her life and as an adult she continued to keep gymnastics a part of her life by managing the gymnastics program for two years and coaching for both Le Studio Gymnastics and Gem Starz Gymnastics and Dance for four years.
Cassandra is fully certified through USA Gymnastics and continues to pursue additional certifications and training through USA Gymnastics and statewide clinics. She also has an Associates in Science from Community College of Vermont.
Cassandra is very eager to bring gymnastics back to this community with the help of her business partner. Cassandra fills the role of head coach and is responsible for the management and training of coaches.
Co-owner & Operations
Kari Harris Gypson
Kari has worked in the non-profit industry in both affordable housing and sustainable community development. Kari holds a B.A. from Prescott College in Sustainable Community Development. Kari also served as an AmeriCorps member for 2 years. She has spent the last 8 years homeschooling her daughters.
Her interest and knowledge of gymnastics arose from her youngest daughter who is a competitive gymnast. She quickly became a dedicated “gym mom”. During her daughter’s time at previous gyms, Kari really enjoyed the sense of community that is created at a gymnastics facility. She is excited to bring this sense of community back to the Bellows Falls area.
Kari’s role is primarily operations but you might also find her coaching the littlest Superhero classes or assisting the team with conditioning and learning routines.

Katie Wilkinson
Coach Katharine “Katie” Wilkinson has been in the gymnastic world for years. Starting at the age of 4 she was fully immersed in gymnastics, and competed until she was 13 years old at Level 7. After retiring from competing, she continued her love of the sport in coaching from 2012 to 2017 until her childhood gym closed.
She graduated from Bellows Falls Union High School, and continued her education at River Valley Community College, graduating with her Associate’s Degree in Science in Nursing. Now Coach Katie spends her time between nursing and coaching the competitive gymnastics team and recreational classes.
Her love of gymnastics continues, and her motto for the sport is “All kids should enjoy the gym, no matter the circumstances”.
Cheer Coach
Cathy Hartmann
Cathy has a long time love for cheer and started off cheering at the age of 9 and continued all the way until she graduated high school. She started coaching a few years ago for pee wee and has a lot of love for every child she has met.
She looks forward to working with all the kids who decide to join and can’t wait to help build confidence and teach them the love of cheer.
Preschool Coach
Amanda Kingsbury
Amanda started her career as an LNA and continued her education and earned her nursing degree from Vermont Technical College. Amanda is committed to keeping the Keene Center community as healthy as possible through educating staff, family, and residents on the importance of infection prevention.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her two beautiful gymnast daughters and her fiance, Jason. Together they enjoy attending sporting events, dining at local restaurants, and long scenic car rides with their two black labs, Walter and Theodore.
In the gym, you will find Amanda coaching our littlest gymnasts in our preschool age classes.
Competitive Coach
Stacy Bettelon
Stacy was a competitive gymnast in Arizona for about 3 years before becoming a gymnastics coach at the age of 15. Throughout Stacy’s 17 years of coaching, she worked with all ages from 18 months - 18 years. The last 12 years of Stacy’s coaching career was specifically spent with the competitive team ranging from level 3 to level 10.
After retiring from the gymnastics world, Stacy went on to receive her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling. She works with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation and has currently been diving deep into performance anxiety and mental blocks.
Stacy moved to the New England area about 2 years ago and has decided that it is time to get back in the gym, at least for a couple hours a week! Stacy has a great passion for helping athletes reach their highest potential both physically and mentally.
