Our Staff

Cassandra Pedigo

Co-Owner & Head Coach

Cassandra Pedigo

Cassandra has deep roots in the community, having grown up here while dedicating ten years to both recreational and competitive gymnastics. During this time, she was an active athlete at Le Studio Gymnastics, honing her skills and passion for the sport. As a teenager, she transitioned into coaching, serving as an assistant coach and furthering her involvement in gymnastics.

Gymnastics has always been an integral part of Cassandra’s life. As an adult, she continued to nurture her love for the sport by managing the gymnastics program for two years and coaching for both Le Studio Gymnastics and Gem Starz Gymnastics and Dance over a span of four years.

At just 25 years old, Cassandra embarked on the ambitious journey of opening her own gymnastics facility. With the support of her co-owner, Kari Gypson, she brought this vision to life. Now, three years later, they have a flourishing business that has become a vital part of the community, fostering both personal growth and athletic excellence. Together, they have created an environment that produces amazing gymnasts while enriching the lives of all those they serve.

Cassandra is fully certified by USA Gymnastics and is committed to expanding her expertise through additional certifications and training via USA Gymnastics and statewide clinics. She also holds an Associate’s degree in Science from the Community College of Vermont.

With a strong desire to continue giving back to her community, Cassandra, alongside Kari, looks forward to growing their business and helping even more young athletes reach their full potential. As head coach, Cassandra oversees coaching staff, ensures high standards of training, and plays a key role in program management.

Kari Harris Gypson

Kari brings a wealth of experience from the non-profit sector, specializing in affordable housing and sustainable community development. She holds a B.A. in Sustainable Community Development from Prescott College and has also dedicated two years of service as an AmeriCorps member. Her deep interest in gymnastics blossomed through her youngest daughter, a competitive gymnast. As a devoted "gym mom," Kari embraced the supportive, community-driven environment of gymnastics. Her positive experiences at previous gyms have fueled her enthusiasm to foster a similar sense of connection and camaraderie in the Bellows Falls area.

While Kari’s primary role is in operations, she is also known to lead the youngest Superhero classes and support the team with conditioning and routine development, bringing her nurturing spirit and leadership to every aspect of the program.

Katie Wilkinson

Competitive Coach

Katie Wilkinson

Coach Katharine “Katie” Wilkinson has been deeply immersed in the world of gymnastics for most of her life. Beginning at just 4 years old, she quickly developed a passion for the sport, competing at a high level until she reached Level 7 by age 13. After retiring from competition, Coach Katie's love for gymnastics remained strong, and she transitioned into coaching from 2012 to 2017 until her childhood gym closed.

A graduate of Bellows Falls Union High School, Coach Katie pursued higher education at River Valley Community College, earning her Associate’s Degree in Science in Nursing. Today, she skillfully balances her time between nursing and coaching both the competitive gymnastics team and recreational classes.

Coach Katie has played an integral role in shaping the outstanding competitive program we have today. Her leadership has been pivotal in guiding the team to two state championships, and her influence has helped build the foundation of this gym's strong community. With unwavering dedication, she continues to foster an environment where every gymnast can thrive. Her philosophy is clear: “All kids should enjoy the gym, no matter the circumstances.”

Stef Fernandez

Stef's journey with us is one of our favorite stories. A former competitive gymnast, she first walked through our doors as an adult looking to reconnect with the sport she loved. It didn't take long before her talent, energy, and enthusiasm caught our eye — and she went from student to coach almost naturally. Today, Stef is a dedicated and passionate member of our competitive team coaching staff, bringing both the perspective of a lifelong athlete and the heart of someone who truly loves the sport. When she's on the floor, you might spot her two young daughters cheering from the sidelines — they're practically part of the gym family too.
